When you receive your products that come with pumps, they will be shipped in several parts. This is to make the best use of space in the shipping box. You will therefore need to assemble them when you receive your products. Simply attach the pump head to the corresponding tube. If this proves difficult, try turning the tube the other way around.
If you find that the pumps are locked, they can be unlocked in one of two ways:

Hold the pump chamber (the transparent part where the tube is attached) with one hand, and twist the pump head (where the product comes out) with the other hand – this should unlock the pump.

Alternatively, screw the pump very tightly onto the bottle. This prevents the pump from rotating while you are trying to unlock it.
